Beyond construction and maintenance, The Guinness Partnership is also actively involved in tackling broader housing challenges. It is a founding member of the Future Homes Consortium, a collaborative group of 12 leading UK developers and housing associations focused on climate change mitigation, sustainability, and enhancing the safety standards of existing housing.
